RFQ Data Is Used Only To Reply To Buyer Inquiries

What we collect

When you send an RFQ, we collect the product requirements and contact details you submit, including product interest, quantity range, buyer type, country, email, WhatsApp, company, message, and related sourcing notes.

How we use it

We use RFQ data to reply to your inquiry, prepare factory quotations, discuss OEM or ODM requirements, and provide catalog or sample information when requested.

Source and analytics data

We may store source page, referrer, UTM campaign fields, device type, language, timezone, timestamp, and session ID to understand inquiry quality and improve the website. We may also use website analytics such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, traffic sources, device type, and conversion events.

Confidentiality

OEM and ODM project details are treated as confidential. We do not sell buyer data or share it with unrelated third parties.

Retention and deletion

RFQ records are normally retained for up to 24 months for sales follow-up and export business records. Buyers may request deletion or correction of inquiry data through the contact page.
